You'll be setting the standard for what great creative performance looks like agency-wide, mentoring senior strategists, and owning how performance data drives creative direction, including the agency's proprietary AI tooling.
The right person has serious performance marketing credentials, a genuine creative eye, and the credibility to be the senior voice in the room on craft and quality. You know Meta and Google well enough to hold a team accountable, and you understand why creative is where the real competitive edge lives.
