Are you an experienced Body Repairer Supervisor or a skilled panel repair professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee our bus body repair and presentation program, ensuring our fleet remains safe, reliable, and presented to the highest standard.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with leadership, managing a team while contributing to the maintenance and appearance of one of Sydney's largest bus fleets.

What You'll Do

• Supervise bus body repairs, refurbishment, and presentation activities.
• Coordinate accident repairs, panel work, and vehicle restoration.
• Conduct quality inspections and final vehicle checks.
• Lead, mentor, and support workshop employees.
• Prioritise repair work to maximise fleet availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Liaise with depot operations regarding vehicle availability and repair progress.
• Support continuous improvement and workshop performance initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Trade qualification in Panel Beating, Vehicle Body Repair, or similar.
• Experience in heavy vehicle, bus, truck, or automotive body repairs.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
