About the Role
You'll be working at Concord Repatriation General Hospital. It has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.
The successful applicant will be required to conduct standardised assessments on patients who are involved in neurological clinical trials. The candidate will be trained by research trial teams to perform these assessments. There will be elements of data management and patient coordination to ensure timely capture of data along research trial points. The role may also involve other clinical duties across Neurology to help support the research programme.
This is a trust funded position funded for 12 months with a potential of extension depending on research activity occurring within the department.

Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent and current registration with AHPRA.
- The successful candidate should demonstrate knowledge and experience in neurological physiotherapy along with an understanding and or experience in research participation.
- The candidate will have good organisational and time management skills and demonstrate confidence in using standardised assessment tools used for patient assessment or research purposes .
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to liaise with external stakeholders.
