NV1 Electrician / Technician

Stowe Australia one of Australia’s largest Electrical & Communications Contractors is looking to engage the services of an Electrician / Technician to work in its Client Services Department.

This role will involve working across secure environments, including data centres, government facilities and Defence bases, supporting the installation, commissioning and maintenance of critical electrical, communications and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Work within secure data centre environments and government Defence sites.
• Plan, coordinate and complete field works efficiently and safely.
• Install, configure and commission alarm, CCTV, PA and access control systems.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Work across various customer sites throughout Melbourne and interstate.

Preferred qualifications & skills

• Open Cablers Registration / Structured Cabling Licence
• Security Licence / Registration
• Alarms, CCTV, PA & Access Control Experience
• Unrestricted Driver’s License.
• White Card / Construction Induction.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

It would be also highly desirable to have experience and qualifications with:

• NV1 Security Clearance
• Cert III Telecommunications
• Unrestricted Electrical Licence
• Experience in Defence & Data Centre facilities
• EWP Licence

Remuneration and package will be developed depending on abilities and experience.
