About the Opportunities

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for supporting daily operations, leading service delivery, coaching team members and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service every visit.

Depending on your experience and interests, you may be placed within:

• Beverage Operations
• Restaurant Operations
• Events & Functions

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory, Team Leader or senior service role

• Experience within bars, restaurants, events or functions
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• A hands-on approach with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends
• Current RSA certification
