What this opportunity involves: Supporting our Federal Government client, you'll play a vital role in coordinating emergency management functions across a diverse portfolio of owned properties and leased premises. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees, and this position is central to ensuring the safety, continuity, and operational excellence of critical facilities. You'll work closely with the Emergency Management Facilities Manager to administer and coordinate emergency management services, resolve on-site challenges with minimal disruption to business-as-usual activities, and maintain adherence to agreed programs and timelines. Your role involves partnering with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service, managing contractor performance, and serving as a key point of contact for emergency management matters. You'll also support the implementation of property risk management programs, ensure compliance with WH&S, environmental, and risk management policies, and maintain accurate records in property and compliance databases. An Overview of the role: Coordinate emergency management services as delegated by the Emergency Management Facilities Manager, resolving on-site difficulties promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities
Manage contractor performance and work collaboratively with service providers to handle escalations related to client complaints, ensuring works are completed efficiently and to required standards
Deliver excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for emergency management matters, proactively engaging stakeholders and building effective relationships across client entities
Ensure compliance with all WH&S, environmental, and risk management policies and procedures, following established escalation and incident reporting procedures while assisting in property risk management program implementation
Complete, update, and maintain web-based management information systems, uploading property documentation and ensuring data accuracy to facilitate timely payment processing

Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently within tight operational deadlines while working with minimal supervision and quickly grasping new concepts
Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and internet research tools
Self-motivated, confident, and able to adapt to rapidly changing situations with efficient keyboard and data entry skills
Prior experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a related field preferred, along with knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and critical facilities management
