What You’ll Be Doing

As the Data Insights and Enablement Lead, you’ll drive data-led decision making across the organisation by delivering high-impact analytics, data science, and AI initiatives. You’ll lead a small team while partnering across business and technology to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic outcomes.

You Will

• Lead the delivery of analytics, reporting and data science use cases
• Translate business problems into actionable insights and solutions
• Develop predictive models including segmentation, forecasting and optimisation
• Drive consistency in metrics, reporting and analytical approaches
• Champion AI and advanced analytics aligned to governance and risk
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team
• Partner with stakeholders to embed data-driven decision making

What Sets You Apart

We’d love to hear from professionals who have:

• 5+ years’ experience across analytics, BI or data science
• Experience leading analytics or data teams
• Strong skills in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern data environments
• Advanced analytics capability (forecasting, modelling, segmentation)
• Strong SQL and Python (or similar) skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive data-led outcomes

Nice To Have

• Experience with Databricks or lakehouse architectures
• Exposure to machine learning frameworks and AI solutions
