Who are we?

An established and growing allied health organisation is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to support leaders and teams across Queensland.

Following a significant organisational transformation and rebrand, the business is investing in a new state-based People & Culture model designed to better support leaders, clinicians and employees across a growing national workforce.

You'll join a collaborative People & Culture team where you'll have the opportunity to partner directly with operational leaders, support change initiatives and help shape employee experiences across the state.

Who are you?

You're a people-focused HR professional who enjoys building relationships, coaching leaders and helping teams navigate workplace challenges.

Whether you're currently a Senior HR Advisor ready for your next step or an experienced HRBP looking for a role with strong stakeholder exposure, you'll bring confidence, curiosity and a practical approach to solving problems.

You enjoy balancing people outcomes with business needs and thrive in fast-moving environments.

Day to day

• Provide HR partnering support to leaders across Queensland

• Coach and advise managers on people and performance matters

• Support employee relations and workplace investigations

• Interpret policies, awards and employment legislation

• Assist leaders through organisational change initiatives

• Support workforce planning and capability development activities

• Partner with operational and clinical leaders across the state

• Contribute to culture, engagement and leadership initiatives

• Support compliance and risk management activities

What's in your toolkit?

Must-haves

• HR Advisory, Senior HR Advisor or HRBP experience

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience supporting leaders on people matters

• Sound understanding of employee relations principles

• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

Nice-to-haves

• NDIS, healthcare, allied health or disability services experience

• Award or enterprise agreement exposure

• Experience supporting distributed or mobile workforces

• Exposure to organisational change or restructuring activities
