Digital Integration Lead

Rate: $950 – $1,100 per day (inc. Super)

Duration: Immediate start, contract through to June 30, 2027

Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

We are partnering with a prominent Queensland Government agency currently undergoing a major enterprise-level digital transformation.

They are seeking a highly strategic

Delivery Integration Lead to take ownership of portfolio-level benefits management, governance, and end-to-end program alignment.

Rather than just watching timelines, you will be the driving force ensuring the agency maximises its return on investment and actually realises the strategic value of its technology roadmap.

The Core Mission

• Benefits Realisation: Establish and maintain robust portfolio-level benefits frameworks, KPIs, and value-tracking governance across interdependent projects.
• Portfolio Oversight: Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs, proactively managing macro risks, budgets, and dependencies.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with executive leadership, boards, and cross-functional teams to influence decisions and maintain alignment.
• Financial Accountability: Manage large-scale budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimise delivery outcomes.

What You Bring

• Proven Enterprise Leadership: Extensive experience managing complex portfolios and digital transformation initiatives within large-scale IT or government environments.
• The "Value" Playbook: Deep expertise in benefits realisation frameworks and linking business cases to actual post-implementation outcomes.
• Methodology Agility: Highly proficient across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments, with the ability to blend them to suit program needs.
• Top-Tier Communication: Exceptional ability to engage, report to, and influence senior executives and governance bodies.
• Bonus Points: Prior experience navigating a Salesforce digital rollout or large-scale CRM transformation is a strong plus!
