What You'll Do
- Design, evaluate, and optimize approaches for integrating genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other complex healthcare datasets into unified analytics frameworks
- Lead analytical strategies that transform integrated datasets into actionable insights for AI training, clinical decision support, and precision medicine research
- Assess the quality, accuracy, and clinical relevance of AI-generated outputs in healthcare and life sciences contexts
- Collaborate with clinical, research, and engineering teams to ensure data governance, regulatory alignment, and scientific rigor
- Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics, research, or data leadership roles
- Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex biological or clinical data into meaningful insights
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
- Detail-oriented and rigorous — you hold data to a high standard and understand the stakes in healthcare contexts
- Clear and confident communicator who can distill technical complexity for diverse audiences
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI training workflows or large language model evaluation
- Background in bioinformatics, clinical informatics, computational biology, or related fields
- Experience working in or alongside regulated healthcare or research environments
