What You'll Do

• Analyze vulnerability reports, CVEs, and real-world exposure scenarios across infrastructure and applications
• Classify severity, exploitability, impact, and recommend appropriate remediation strategies
• Review and evaluate patching, mitigation, and risk prioritization decision-making scenarios
• Generate, label, and validate realistic security-reasoning data used to train and benchmark AI systems
• Apply your practical knowledge of what actually matters in production environments — not just theoretical risk scores

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in vulnerability management, security operations, or infrastructure security
• Solid understanding of CVEs, vulnerability scanners, patching workflows, and risk prioritization frameworks
• Able to clearly articulate the tradeoffs between theoretical risk and real-world exploitability
• A structured, analytical thinker who communicates complex security concepts with clarity
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with frameworks like CVSS, EPSS, or CISA KEV
• Experience with tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or Wiz
• Background in DevSecOps, cloud security, or enterprise patch management
• Prior experience contributing to security documentation, playbooks, or training materials
