Description
- Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all documentation is correctly version controlled and stored.
- Prepare, issue and track document transmittals and approvals.
- Maintain document registers and project filing systems.
- Upload, distribute and archive documentation using M-Files or similar document management systems.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and client documentation requirements.
- Support Project Managers and Engineers with project administration and reporting.
- Coordinate documentation between internal teams, subcontractors and clients.
- Assist with project handovers, audits and close-out documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of project information at all times.
Profile
- Previous experience in a Document Controller, Project Administrator or Project Coordinator role.
- Experience working within mining, telecommunications, engineering, construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience using M-Files or similar document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, TeamBinder, InEight or Procore).
- Strong understanding of document control processes and quality management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
