Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)

About The Role

At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their real-world healthcare IT knowledge to projects that are shaping the future of AI.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your clinical systems expertise — EHRs, hospital infrastructure, workflow optimization — in a new and impactful direction. Your hands-on experience in healthcare environments is exactly what's needed to help AI understand, reason about, and support complex clinical scenarios.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Apply your clinical systems knowledge to evaluate, test, and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare IT workflows
  • Review and assess AI responses on topics such as EHR configuration, system troubleshooting, clinical data management, and hospital infrastructure
  • Identify inaccuracies, gaps, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated clinical systems content
  • Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reason more accurately about real-world healthcare environments
  • Translate clinical and operational nuance into clear, actionable evaluation criteria
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
  • Strong technical troubleshooting instincts and a systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical systems
  • Able to evaluate content critically and communicate feedback clearly in writing
  • Self-directed and reliable — you manage your time well without close oversight

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Background working with clinicians or interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, etc.)
  • Prior involvement in system implementation, go-live support, or training

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs and AI teams
  • Fully remote and flexible — set your own hours and work from anywhere
  • Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and the ability to fit work around your life
  • Make a meaningful contribution to how AI understands and supports healthcare
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as projects grow
