Program Lead - Digital Services Transformation to oversee a major digital services transformation program.
This role will lead the evolution of established digital platforms, ensuring continuity of service while delivering improvements to customer experience, accessibility, operational efficiency and long-term digital capability.
- Fixed-term contract through to June 2027
- Salary $140k to 160k + Super

About The Role
This is a senior program leadership role responsible for overseeing the transformation of existing digital platforms. Working across business units, executive stakeholders and external delivery partners, you will manage the program from procurement and vendor engagement through to implementation, business readiness and operational transition.
The focus is not content creation or day-to-day website management. Instead, the role is responsible for program governance, stakeholder engagement, delivery oversight and ensuring continuity throughout the transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic digital transformation program.
- Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks and governance requirements.
- Coordinate procurement activities, vendor selection and contract management.
- Maintain continuity of existing digital services throughout the transformation process.
- Engage with executive stakeholders and provide regular program reporting.
- Drive organisational change, business readiness and user adoption activities.
- Ensure alignment between customer experience objectives, operational requirements and delivery outcomes.
- Oversee successful transition of new solutions into business-as-usual operations.
About You
- Experience leading large-scale digital, business or technology transformation programs.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners.
- Experience with procurement, contract management and governance frameworks.
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement and reporting capability.
- Experience delivering organisational change and transitioning projects into operational environments.
- Background within government, utilities, consulting or complex corporate environments highly regarded.
- Experience with digital platforms, customer experience initiatives or service transformation programs is desirable.
