About The Role

Join the Claims and Product Performance and Insights team on a 12-month contract as a Performance Partner. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate data into clear insights and actions that improve business outcomes. This role connects finance, operations, and analytics to ensure consistent performance narratives. You will help strengthen insights capability and inform data-led decision making across the claims function.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with claims leaders to interpret performance data and deliver clear insights that support informed decisions
• Analyse business results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, linking insights to financial and customer outcomes
• Collaborate with finance, product, and analytics teams to ensure consistent understanding of metrics and results
• Influence the design and improvement of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and business intelligence tools
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to align stakeholders and maintain engagement across initiatives
• Support benefits tracking and business cases to measure impact and inform future investment decisions

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in analysis or performance roles where you translate data into practical actions and outcomes
• Strong understanding of reporting, metrics, and analytics within an operational or financial environment
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders, guiding conversations with clear insights and recommendations
• Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools to build meaningful and easy to understand outputs
• Experience working across functions such as finance, operations, or product to align performance insights
• Problem-solving capability to question results, identify root causes, and recommend improvements
