About Our Client
Michael Page is partnering with several well-regarded organisations across multiple industries, offering supportive teams and professional office environments.
Job Description
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls professionally.
- Oversee and manage shared email inboxes (e.g., 2-3 inboxes simultaneously).
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist with setup for meetings and events.
- Assist with organising and planning travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Support on-boarding activities for new staff (e.g., workspace setup, basic coordination).
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure reception and common office areas are clean, organised, and presentable.
- Handle general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member as required.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed / requested.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong experience in a generalist administration role across multiple business functions
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with excellent time management and organisation
- High level of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern business systems
- Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-service mindset with a professional and approachable manner
