What you'll be doing
Campaign Execution
- Assist the Head of Marketing in implementing, and managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Support the execution of the annual marketing strategy, including content calendars, go-to-market plans, and campaign briefs.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Content & Communications
- Create compelling marketing content including blog posts, case studies, papers, email newsletters, social media posts, and website copy.
- Coordinate and manage the company's social media presence across LinkedIn and YouTube
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
Lead Generation & CRM
- Support inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives, including SEO/SEM campaigns, paid advertising, and marketing automation.
- Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate tracking of marketing leads and campaign attribution.
- Assist in organising and promoting webinars, industry events, trade shows, and client-facing activities.
Research & Analysis
- Stay current with B2B marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
We're also looking for someone with
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing role
- Some experience helping to run multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to delivery.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email platforms.
- Basic design abilities using tools such as Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Experience marketing SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM platform HubSpot.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress).
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Sales Navigator.
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
