Service Delivery Manager

Contract to 30/09/2026 with possible extension | Fortitude Valley | Hybrid Working

We are partnering with a leading Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager. In this role you will provide operational leadership for the planning and management of the delivery of ICT project services.

What you'll be doing

• Managing customer demand and acting as the front door for engagements
• Developing and managing work packages and service agreements
• Driving operational processes and service maturity (e.g. incident management, change processes, reporting)
• Coordinating the transition of projects into sustainable BAU support models
• Providing clear oversight of service status, priorities, risks and customer commitments

What we're looking for?

• Highly organised, with strong prioritisation and coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong judgement, problem-solving and ability to bring structure to ambiguity
• Proactive in managing upwards and providing visibility of issues, priorities and decisions required
• Logical, personable and customer-oriented
• Experience in service delivery, IT operations, or similar operational environments would be advantageous
• Exposure to Data & Analytics, ITIL, product management or data governance preferred
