About The Role

We are looking for a Brokerage Operations Support to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As Brokerage Operations Support, you will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Operations Manager in the day-to-day operational activities of the brokerage business. This includes supporting the onboarding of new brokers, delivering guidance and assistance with software systems, and contributing to the preparation of broker reporting. The role also plays a key part in maintaining compliance standards and ensuring operational processes are executed efficiently and effectively, where you can make a real impact on efficiency and success every day.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Commercial Operations Manager with reporting and general administration to support broker network
  • Collate and support with monthly reporting
  • Assisting Brokers with general administration requirements, CRM use and queries
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new brokers in accordance with regulations and Aggregator requirements
  • Assist the Commercial Operations Manager in monitoring and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Assist with updating and creation of manuals for tasks performed by the team
  • Provide training and support to new brokers on company systems, policies, and procedures

About You

  • Strong understanding of broker platforms, systems, and operational processes
  • Current and/or recent experience working with mortgage brokers or within the lending industry
  • Solid knowledge of the National Consumer Credit Protection (NCCP) framework and the Credit Act
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems
  • Certificate IV Mortgage Brokering or willingness to obtain
