The Opportunity

I am currently representing one of Sydney’s fastest-growing, privately owned commercial fit-out specialist builders. Known for their precision and ability to deliver zero-defect projects in live environments, they have secured an extensive pipeline of tier-one corporate office transformations, high-security banking rollouts, and premium hospitality refurbishments.

They are looking for a Senior Project Manager or a Project Manager who excel in highly structured, fast-paced commercial deliveries. These aren't just management roles—they are invitations to join an elite team where speed, strict compliance, and flawless execution are the baseline.

The Role

You will take ownership of either full-lifecycle strategic delivery or the high-intensity operational engine of these premium commercial projects. You will drive high-spec programs, ranging from multi-site financial rollouts to high-value single-floor refurbs, managing everything from Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) through to handovers. Your focus will be on mastering complex live-site logistics, handling intricate services integration, and actively managing the subcontractor market to maintain an elite, zero-defect standard of quality control.

What You Bring to the Table

• Sector Pedigree: 5–12+ years of experience delivering commercial office fit-outs, high-end retail, or institutional/banking refurbishments in Australia.
• Technical & Live-Site Mastery: Deep knowledge of the BCA, HSEQ compliance, and the strict logistical planning required to build out spaces with minimal disruption to live business operations.
• Financial Acumen: Strong budget management, subbie negotiation skills, and a proven history of delivering profitable projects.
