You will be working with one of the Big 4 bank who is looking to hire an experienced SME Business Banking Relationship Manager based in Canberra, ACT .

Your new role

As the Senior Business Banking Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to all SME businesses across the dedicated territory. You are tasked to deliver tailored business financial solutions that helps to grow or sustain their business, providing with your deep expertise and proven ability to navigate complex lending scenarios

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven success in building deep, trusted relationships with SME Business clients and working with commercial brokers.
• Self-driven, sales orientated, new business development.
• Strong capability and understanding of mid-market complex lending and structuring bespoke credit solutions.
• Experience assessing, advising, monitoring and/or approving a customer's credit worthiness and credit risk and suitable credit structuring options
• A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly across teams to elevate client outcomes.
• A passion for helping clients create enduring financial advantages for generations.
• Open mindset in adapting new technology and policies, continuous self-development
