Role Overview

This is a hands-on analytics role focused on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Build scalable dashboards in Power BI & Tableau
• Deliver end-to-end analysis and recommendations
• Create KPI frameworks and reporting standards
• Translate data into compelling business stories
• Partner with stakeholders to drive insight-led decisions

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience in analytics/BI with strong commercial acumen to translate insights into measurable business outcomes
• Power BI, Tableau, SQL (advanced)
• Strong analytics / BI experience
• Experience within the investment / financial services sector is essential
• Experienced in working on large-scale data transformation programs
• Experience with modern data platforms (including cloud environments), advanced analytics techniques, and scalable reporting solutions
• Data storytelling & stakeholder engagement
• Commercial mindset with problem-solving ability
• Experience in KPI design and reporting frameworks
