About the Role

This is a hands-on Project Manager role where you’re responsible end-to-end for planning, controlling, and delivering construction and maintenance projects — ensuring outcomes align with cost, program, safety, quality, and client expectations.

You’ll work across road, civil, electrical and ITS projects, leading teams, managing subcontractors, and keeping projects running smoothly across the full lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning project delivery from planning through to completion
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and overall commercial performance
• Overseeing subcontractor and supplier engagement and performance
• Driving program timelines and ensuring milestones are met
• Identifying risks early and implementing corrective actions
• Leading project teams and supporting site delivery outcomes
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Supporting work-winning and business development activities
• Ensuring safety, environmental and quality standards are consistently met
• Reporting on project performance, costs, and progress to leadership and clients

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Proven experience delivering Civil - Electrical construction or maintenance projects
• Strong commercial and financial management capability
• Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Confident interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical requirements
• Strong stakeholder and client engagement skills
• Ability to lead, influence, and drive quality outcomes

Highly Desirable

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or similar
• Experience delivering road or infrastructure projects (ideally Main Roads WA)
• Experience managing projects up to ~$5M
• Exposure to electrical and/or ITS projects
