Role Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Landscape Landscape / Architect to join our team in Darwin, NT. This is a full-time role with day-to-day responsibilities including drafting, landscape concept designs, developing planting plans, design development, contributing to landscape master planning projects, and collaborating with team members to deliver innovative solutions. The successful applicant will also liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants to ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Interest in Northern Territory landscapes, climate-responsive design, and culturally sensitive approaches to landscape projects is highly regarded.
- The ability to contribute to concept/ schematic design, detailed design and construction documentation.
- Understanding of materials, grading, and construction detailing.
- Experience in report writing.
- Experience in project delivery and working collaboratively with clients, colleagues and consultants.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in software, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign) & Microsoft Office products. Experience in Revit beneficial.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential for the right applicant.
