We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially driven

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales and consistently exceed KPI targets
- Take ownership of store operations, rosters, and budgets
- Maintain high showroom and warehouse standards
- Oversee stock control, stocktake, and inventory accuracy
- Build strong trade and retail customer relationships
- Handle escalations with professionalism and confidence
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Ensure WH&S and company compliance standards are met
What You’ll Bring
- Proven retail leadership experience (Store Manager level)
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to lead from the front and hold teams accountable
- Commercial mindset with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership ability
- Experience in home improvement, interiors or trade (ideal)
- Manual driver’s licence (advantageous)
