Your new role

You will support the delivery of data-driven workforce insights to enable improved labour productivity, planning, and performance across maritime sustainment operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing workforce data and identifying key trends
• Supporting forecasting and workforce modelling
• Developing reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Contributing to data and cost literacy uplift initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in workforce analytics, HR data, or reporting
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel/BI tools)
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Defence or government experience desirable
