Your new role

A leading Defence program is seeking a Capacity Planning Specialist to support a large-scale maritime sustainment transformation initiative within Navy.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, long-term reform program focused on improving capability availability, cost optimisation, and workforce planning.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing capacity and demand planning frameworks, supporting the delivery of a 10-year Integrated Master Plan and enabling better decision-making across capability, cost, and risk.

• Developing capacity and resource planning models
• Supporting integration of financial, workforce, and capability planning
• Contributing to costing frameworks and forecasting activities
• Providing insights to support strategic planning and optimisation

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in capacity planning or workforce planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Defence experience highly regarded
