ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We’re on the hunt for a reliable, customer-focused quick learner to join our friendly team at our Bibra Lake branch (6163). This is a permanent, Full-time role, working onsite Mon–Fri (8:00am–5:00pm).

What you will do:

• Coordinating, monitoring and recording stock departures and deliveries to the branch from the gatehouse
• Liaising with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pick up of vehicles
• Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• High attention to detail
• Competent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
• The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekends where required.
