The Head of Delivery at Entsia is an active member of the Executive Leadership Team and responsible for contributing to
the overall growth, performance, strategic direction and operational maturity of the Company. It is reposible for driving business growth, customer success and operational performance across the organisation, ensuring predictable, commercially disciplined, and high-quality customer outcomes across portfolio management and governance, professional services, technical delivery and ongoing customer partnership.
The Head of Delivery is the senior customer-facing leader for Delivery and is responsible for building a commercially strong, operationally effective and scalable function with clear accountability, engaged teams, strong customer relationships, and disciplined execution and effective governance.
Outcomes
- Contribute commercially, strategically and operationally to the enterprise leadership and performance of Entsia as an active member of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Delivery performance is predictable, commercially sustainable, and supports consistent revenue and margin outcomes across customer portfolios.
- Build and lead a scalable Delivery function that delivers consistent, high quality customer outcomes.
- Delivery outcomes are achieved while maintaining platform integrity, technical quality, and long term operational scalability.
- Delivery leadership capability strengthens as the business grows, with leaders operating with increasing ownership, accountability, and decision-making capability. Comply with company policies and procedures on the handling of personal data, data confidentiality and information security.
Skills And Experience
- Proven experience leading complex Delivery functions within SaaS, platform, or technology enabled businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale delivery operating models, governance, implementation approaches, and execution capability within growing organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, utilisation, delivery margin management, prioritisation, and execution risk management.
- Experience leading enterprise customer delivery environments involving complex implementations, stakeholder management, and cross functional coordination, while balancing customer outcomes with delivery capacity, technical constraints, and platform integrity.
- Strong leadership capability, including developing leaders, creating accountability, improving operational discipline, and driving reliable execution across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast paced, founder led, or high growth environments with high levels of ambiguity, accountability, and executive involvement.
- Strong executive presence, communication capability, judgement, and emotional maturity, with the ability to lead under pressure and navigate complex stakeholder environments constructively.
