Senior HR/ IR Advisor

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Leading and supporting workplace investigations from commencement through to resolution.
• Interpreting awards, enterprise agreements and employment legislation to provide practical business solutions.
• Contributing to key HR projects, including enterprise bargaining activities and payroll-related initiatives.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and talent management programs.
• Partnering with leaders across the business to deliver best-practice people solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role.
• Strong Australian industrial relations knowledge, including awards and enterprise agreements.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Sound understanding of payroll processes and HR administration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine desire to develop into a HR Business Partner role.
