Altitude EA is partnering with a well-established privately owned investment and asset-backed business to appoint a highly capable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support its Founder/Group CEO.
This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a respected entrepreneurial leader in a role that combines executive support with personal, household and lifestyle management responsibilities.
The successful candidate will become a trusted extension of the CEO, ensuring the seamless coordination of both professional and personal priorities within a highly confidential environment.
The Role
This is not a highly strategic Board-level Executive Assistant position. Rather, it is a hands-on, high-volume support role requiring exceptional organisation, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to manage the day-to-day administration that enables a busy CEO to operate effectively.
The role will suit someone who enjoys being in the detail, preparing documentation, coordinating logistics, managing a high volume of diary and email activity and ensuring every moving part is organised, prepared and executed seamlessly.
You will play a critical role in preparing the CEO for meetings and commitments, ensuring documentation, correspondence, travel arrangements and day-to-day priorities are professionally coordinated and executed.
Responsibilities
• Complex diary and calendar management
• Email management and correspondence coordination
• Preparation, printing and organisation of documents and meeting materials
• Domestic and international travel arrangements
• Meeting coordination and preparation
• Personal and family scheduling
• Household and contractor management
• Event and function coordination
• Personal administration, renewals and record keeping
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Ad hoc projects and day-to-day support requirements
About You
You will be a career Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

• Previous experience supporting a CEO, Founder or business owner
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• High levels of discretion and professionalism
• A calm, proactive and resourceful approach
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage both business and personal matters seamlessly
• A genuine desire to build a long-term trusted working relationship
Importantly, you will be confident supporting a leader who has not previously had dedicated executive support and will understand that success in this role comes from building trust, creating structure and becoming a genuine extension of the CEO over time.
You enjoy bringing organisation to busy environments, introducing process where required and helping leaders operate more efficiently. Patience, maturity and the ability to navigate a highly personalised working style will be essential.
You will be comfortable operating across both professional and personal environments and understand that this role extends beyond traditional diary and inbox management.
Experience supporting senior executives, founders, entrepreneurs, family offices or private individuals will be highly regarded, particularly where personal, household and lifestyle management responsibilities formed part of the broader support function.
You will appreciate the importance of trust, discretion and relationship building, recognising that this role has the opportunity to evolve over time as the partnership develops.
