Nanny, Cleveland

Location: Cleveland, Brisbane Bayside

Hours: 15 hrs/week (Monday–Friday 6:00am–9:00am) + additional hours

Salary: Up to $38/hr based on experience (plus super + entitlements + car allowance)

Minis: 3 boys (11 & 9 twins)

With mum stepping into a new executive role and dad working a demanding schedule, the family are seeking a reliable and supportive nanny to help the mornings with running smoothly.

The boys are active, social and love being outdoors in their family-friendly neighbourhood, often playing with local friends, heading to the park or enjoying sport. Their home is lively and energetic, balanced with a strong focus on routines and organisation to create a calm and structured environment.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Morning routine support (getting children up, dressed and organised)
• School drop-offs (multiple schools)
• Preparing breakfast and school lunches
• Light household duties (kitchen tidy, dishes, general reset)
• Putting away online grocery deliveries
• Supporting smooth daily routines and transitions
• Occasional school holiday care (daytime hours may vary)
• Potential additional afternoon shifts (as required when mum travels)

You will thrive if... You are a dependable, patient and kind nanny who understands the importance of routine, reliability and clear communication within a busy household. You remain calm under pressure, are highly organised and take initiative to support the family where needed.

Along with your proven childcare experience, you will hold a valid Blue Card, First Aid/CPR, police check, driver's licence and traffic history report, all supported by excellent references.
