Warehouse Team Leader

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy, fast-paced contract logistics operation within a well-established global logistics environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving team performance, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring accurate stock control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse staff
• Manage daily workloads and allocate resources effectively
• Ensure accurate stock movements and system updates (WMS)
• Oversee inventory control and stock reconciliations
• Drive team performance against KPIs
• Manage attendance, leave and general team matters
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance

About You

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems
• Confident managing teams and performance
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's licence
