About the Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide practical, social and personal support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.

This is a community-based role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a team that values connection, reliability and making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Assist with domestic support such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
• Support community access including appointments, shopping and social outings
• Deliver companionship and emotional support
• Promote independence, choice and dignity
• Observe and report changes in client wellbeing
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team

About You

• Passionate about supporting older people to live well at home
• Reliable, compassionate and respectful
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable across different client needs

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home & Community or equivalent)
• Current First Aid and CPR
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker screening
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Smartphone for rostering and communication systems
