Role Purpose
This is not a traditional strategy role. As Strategy & Growth Manager, you will own the end-to-end growth agenda—shaping enterprise strategy and directly translating it into new revenue streams, partnerships, and market expansion. .
Working at the centre of the business, you will partner with senior leaders, influence and lead initiatives from concept through to execution and measurable commercial outcomes. You will play a critical role in defining Zinfra’s position in a rapidly evolving energy market, identifying and scaling new opportunities across energy transition, capability expansion, and adjacent markets

- Own and shape enterprise and Zinfra strategy at a senior level
- Drive new growth opportunities and build sustainable revenue streams

- Extensive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, infrastructure advisory or strategic roles within the utilities or energy sector or construction industry
- Strong understanding of the energy, infrastructure + construction along with experience in a similar strategic role
- Strong understanding of construction and field-based services delivery models
- Proven experience managing strategic projects with cross functional teams
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, engineering or a related degree
- A postgraduate qualification in business, management or related field is desirable
