About the opportunity
Join a collaborative, high-impact team shaping the future of freight pricing. As a Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing and refining pricing frameworks that drive smarter commercial decisions and better customer outcomes. Working across Product, Finance, Strategy, Technology and Network teams, you’ll contribute to a major Customer Experience Transformation program, helping simplify and uplift how customers engage with products across the business.
What you’ll deliver with us
You’ll deliver data-driven analysis, insights and reporting that support product performance, yield optimisation and profitability outcomes. Success in this role looks like enabling informed decision-making through clear insights, strengthening product governance and processes, and contributing to impactful product initiatives. You’ll work closely with commercial leaders, product teams and finance partners to align on priorities and ensure pricing strategies are effective, consistent and customer-focused.
You’ll also
- Analyse pricing performance, yield and profitability to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Support the development and maintenance of product architecture, frameworks and documentation
- Contribute to product-related initiatives within the Customer Experience Transformation program
- Coordinate forums, including preparing packs, tracking actions and supporting governance
- Identify and escalate data issues, risks or non-compliance to enable timely resolution and continuous improvement
About you
You’re a commercially minded and detail-oriented analyst who enjoys turning data into clear, actionable insights.
You’ll also need
- Experience in a commercial, pricing, analytics or finance role, with the ability to perform structured analysis and communicate insights clearly
- Industry experience in logistics or freight
- Strong technical capability in Excel, with experience in reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI or SQL (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards or analytical models
- Sound understanding of financial concepts such as revenue, cost, margin and yield, with exposure to profitability modelling advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outputs in a dynamic environment
How we’ll deliver for you
- Bring your whole self to work every day and be met by a welcoming bunch of people who respect and support you
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements, like the opportunity to work from home two days per week
- Opportunities for growth and development through formal programs or mentorship
- Exclusive team member discounts and offers for more cash in your pocket, evolving policies for flexible working, leave types and access to health and wellbeing resources
