Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support LNG operations, delivering integrated Facilities maintenance and minor maintenance project across site.

This position is a key interface between operations, maintenance teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders, ensuring all work is executed safely, on schedule and within budget.

A results-driven professional with strong planning and coordination skills, committed to safety leadership and effective hazard management. Builds trusted relationships, applies commercial awareness to deliver on cost and performance, and adapts quickly in dynamic plant environments.

This is a permanent, site-based role on Curtis Island, working a 9-day fortnight roster with the opportunity to live and work locally in the Gladstone region. Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary services across Site and Non-Operational Facilities
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules, work packs and resource plans
• Oversee corrective maintenance, breakdown response, and minor project execution
• Act as the focal point for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Drive HSSE compliance, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Monitor and manage maintenance backlog and priorities
• Deliver work in accordance with contract requirements
• Manage cost control, forecasting and resource utilisation
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and asset integrity requirements
• Maintain strong engagement with stakeholders
• Utilise CMMS systems (Maximo or similar) for planning and tracking

What you will bring

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator / Planner / Supervisor in LNG, Oil & Gas, Mining or Heavy Industry
• Background in brownfield maintenance, shutdowns or operational environments
• Strong exposure to Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors and maintenance contracts
• Trade qualification or Engineer technical qualifications (highly regarded)
• CMMS expertise (Maximo preferred)
• Maintenance planning, scheduling, and work management
• Contract administration and service delivery
• Budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking
• Strong knowledge of HSSE systems and risk management
• Understanding of QA/QC and continuous improvement processes
