About the Role

This is a growing, fast-paced recruitment coordination role, where your ability to think quickly, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver results will be key. You will work alongside a team of 7 with the chance to make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end shift allocations across Aged Care & Disability
• Working with a live, reactive workforce pipeline
• Engaging and coordinating a large pool of casual staff
• Matching candidates to shifts based on skills, compliance, and availability
• Troubleshooting last-minute gaps with speed and confidence
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure workforce coverage
• Maintaining accurate, real-time data across systems

About You

• Proven experience in casual or permanent recruitment or workforce coordination
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and tight timeframes
• A natural relationship builder who can engage candidates quickly
• Strong resilience — you stay calm under pressure and deliver outcomes
• KPI-driven with a strong sense of accountability
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Passion for healthcare, community services, or purpose-led work
