About the Role
This is a growing, fast-paced recruitment coordination role, where your ability to think quickly, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver results will be key. You will work alongside a team of 7 with the chance to make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end shift allocations across Aged Care & Disability
- Working with a live, reactive workforce pipeline
- Engaging and coordinating a large pool of casual staff
- Matching candidates to shifts based on skills, compliance, and availability
- Troubleshooting last-minute gaps with speed and confidence
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure workforce coverage
- Maintaining accurate, real-time data across systems
About You
- Proven experience in casual or permanent recruitment or workforce coordination
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and tight timeframes
- A natural relationship builder who can engage candidates quickly
- Strong resilience — you stay calm under pressure and deliver outcomes
- KPI-driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Passion for healthcare, community services, or purpose-led work
