Key Responsibilities
- Canvas the market, source leasing and sales opportunities, and secure new listings across the logistics and industrial sector
- Develop and maintain strong connections with landlords, corporate occupiers, investors, and key market stakeholders
- Negotiate lease and sale terms, prepare compelling proposals, and deliver insightful market analysis and competition reports
- Conduct property inspections, track availability, and maintain accurate databases to ensure the team has real-time intelligence
- Work closely with analysts and support teams to achieve individual and collective revenue targets
- Achieving personal revenue targets
- Minimum 30 cold calls per week (owners or tenants)
- Minimum 20 warm calls per week (lease expiries or referrals)
- Consistent logging of activity, actions, and outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Current Real Estate Licence (NSW)
- Bachelor's degree in Property or related field
- Proven track record in leasing and/or sales within commercial or industrial property
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and stay organised under pressure
- Natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and earn trust
- Problem-solver with sound judgment and decision-making capability
- Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
- Honest, driven, and hungry to succeed
