About the Role
You’ll be working closely with the Local Sales Manager in Tamworth to increase our market share by turning lapsed or new local businesses into active ACM customers. This is a hands-on role where you will manage accounts, pitch persuasive solutions, and represent our mastheads across print and digital platforms to drive regional revenue growth.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 3-5 years face-to-face sales experience with a proven track record of growing accounts.
- Strong strategic marketing ability and solution-based thinking to develop persuasive client proposals.
- Confidence in negotiating, presenting, and cold calling within your market.
- Excellent organisational skills with intermediate computer literacy (Google Suite, CRM experience).
- A current valid driver’s license and a well-maintained vehicle.
