Join a team that focuses on delivering a timely, coordinated, client centred and culturally appropriate response to women and children affected by family and domestic violence.

Working as part of a broader service system that includes police, courts, child protection, non-government organisations, you will a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } provide client-focused, trauma-informed support to individuals experiencing family violence. You’ll conduct assessments, develop tailored case plans, and deliver practical assistance to enhance safety, stability and independence. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a commitment to culturally safe practice, and the ability to empower clients to make informed choices and build long-term resilience.

This is a part time (0.6 FTE - 22.5 hours per week) opportunity until 30 June 2027, based in Albany.

About You

To be successful in the is role you will have:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or significant relevant experience
• Knowledge of domestic and family violence issues affecting both women and children including those from culturally and linguistically diverse and Indigenous backgrounds.
• Demonstrated case management skills and ability to assess, inform, advise, support and refer clients
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and community agencies and resources that assist families, benefits available housing and relevant legal issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in culturally diverse environments

The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Driver's Licence and a WA Working with Children Check.

A police record is not an automatic barrier to employment with us. The organisation may seek to request an international police clearance if necessary. • Starting salary $86,950 per annum pro rata plus 12% superannuation
