We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in attracting, assessing, and securing top talent across the business.

This is a hands-on recruitment role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with hiring managers, and has experience leading and coaching offshore recruitment teams to deliver high-volume hiring outcomes. You will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, talent pools, and direct search
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best talent for the business
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and oversee the offer process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coach, mentor, and support an offshore recruitment team responsible for high-volume sourcing and candidate management
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement best-practice recruitment processes
  • Develop and maintain talent acquisition reporting, dashboards, and recruitment metrics
  • Analyse recruitment data and provide insights on time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Report on recruitment performance and make recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and hiring success
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

What We're Looking For

This is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Specialist to join a fast growing Facilities Services Provider.

This position will deal with high volume recruitment of frontline and professional roles, so your ability to remain calm and manage competing priorities will be critical to your success.

  • 3+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house) or working in high-volume recruitment environments
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with managers, employees and candidates
  • Experience in applicant tracking systems would be highly regarded
  • Organised, proactive, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to coach and mentor a team of off shore talent consultants.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
