Job Description
- Based in Auburn, be based front of house to oversee the administration of four shopping centres, ensuring smooth day to day operations
- Serve as the front of house representative for a high-profile Knight Frank retail site in Auburn
- You will balance reception and customer-facing responsibilities with day-to-day admin
Who we’re looking for?
- Experience in administration roles within real estate, retail, office or front of house, balancing customer service with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Confident managing reception such as phone calls and walk in enquiries
- Exposure to real estate or retail lease administration highly advantageous
- Strong organisation and systems skills, with the ability to manage records, and work effectively with both on site and remote teams
The role
This role is focused on being the front-of-house presence while supporting a wider four-centre hub, ideal for someone organised, approachable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You will balance reception and customer-facing responsibilities with day-to-day admin, acting as the link between tenants, the centre team and off-site support to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front of house, welcoming visitors and handling phone calls and enquiries to deliver a professional and responsive experience
- Provide day to day admin support, including document management, record updates, electronic filing and general coordination to keep operations running smoothly
- Support tenant and retailer needs by following up on outstanding items such as unpaid rent, missing information and required documentation
- Assist with invoices, reception tasks and general centre operations while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, customers and stakeholders
