Join our team to provide flexible in-home support and community support to clients and respite for their carer for people approved and referred from the Australian My Aged Care Service.

What this role looks like

  • Provide transportation for medical appointments, access community events or services
  • Assisting participants with daily living activities and day to day support.
  • Providing support in a manner that is consistent and encourages and motivates the client to meet their goals and independent skills building, through person centred practices.

What are we seeking in our new team member:

  • Positive and engaged individual with more than 3 years in a similar role
  • Holds a Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
  • Has a reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Holds a Drivers Licence (Class C) – NSW
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
