Our client, a well-established community-based physiotherapy provider is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to deliver personalised, one-on-one care to clients in their homes across the Toowoomba & Darling Downs region. This is an opportunity to step away from high-volume treatment models and focus on what matters most—building strong client relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering comprehensive in-home physiotherapy assessments and treatments
- Developing tailored treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, function, and independence
- Building trusted relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and care plans
- Working autonomously while remaining connected to a supportive clinical team

About You
- Current AHPRA registration with 3+ years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Passionate about delivering evidence-based, client-centred care
- Community, aged care, rehabilitation or home-visiting experience will be highly regarded
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
