We're looking for an experienced IT Support Officer Level 2 to join our IT Infrastructure and Support team. You have the chance to make a key difference in the community by ensuring the technology that supports safe and reliable transport services operates effectively every day!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide technical support for IT incidents and service requests across the business
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues, delivering timely and effective resolutions
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktop hardware, mobile devices and peripheral equipment
  • Assist with the administration and support of network infrastructure including switches, routers and wireless access points
  • Monitor system performance, backups, alerts and infrastructure health to ensure reliability
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge articles and incident records
  • Support IT projects, system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Infrastructure Support role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop hardware, software and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience supporting Microsoft applications including Office 365, particularly Teams and SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including switches, routers and wireless technologies
  • Strong documentation skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative and contribute positively within a team environment
  • Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have valid, unrestricted working rights
