About the opportunity

We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst 12 month fixed term contract to join our expanding Delivery Services team at AP

  • Support and coordinate the preparation of portfolio governance packs, consolidating portfolio health, key issues, status and financials, ensuring outputs align with EPMO governance standards and are decision-ready.
  • Support portfolio and project status and financial reporting (fortnightly/monthly), ensuring adherence to EPMO governance frameworks, including actuals, forecasts, variances, and performance insights, with outputs accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Proactively monitor and analyse portfolio financials, ensuring actuals are tracked against forecast, variances are identified early, and insights are provided to support corrective action and delivery of financial commitments
  • Ensure timely and accurate project status updates across the portfolio by coordinating inputs from delivery teams and maintaining data quality and integrity within enterprise reporting tools, in line with EPMO reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and uplift RAID governance practices, ensuring risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies are current, clearly owned, and appropriately escalated through governance forums in accordance with EPMO standards.
  • Provide commercial and procurement support, including assisting with vendor and contract governance to ensure compliance with organisational and EPMO governance expectations.
  • Support partner and vendor engagement coordination, including resource onboarding/offboarding, access and compliance management, ensuring clean transitions in line with procurement and EPMO governance standards.
