The Opportunity

As a Senior Procurement Officer, you will provide expert advice across a range of procurement activities within the program. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting the procurement of a new case management system, the associated implementation services, data migration services , and the ongoing support required following system deployment.

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the Contract Manager, to ensure all procurement activities align with State Government and Department of Communities policies, standards, processes, and procedures. This role requires a strong focus on compliance, governance, and effective stakeholder engagement to deliver value-driven procurement outcomes.

Duties will include; the development of procurement plans, tender documentation, supporting the procurement evaluation panel, assisting with the finalisation of the evaluation report, assisting with the contract award documentation, contract management plans and risk assessment, and assisting with negotiation and consultation with all relevant stakeholders.
