About the Team
K3 is a welcoming and inclusive inpatient surgical unit providing care to women across a range of maternity and gynaecological specialties. Our multidisciplinary team works closely together to deliver safe, high-quality care while supporting one another in a busy and rewarding clinical environment.

Your Role and Contribution
In this role, you will play an important part in delivering safe, compassionate and evidence-based care to women and their families. You will also contribute to maintaining a positive team culture and supporting others within the unit.
You will:
- Provide safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Advocate for patients and support informed decision-making
- Communicate clearly with patients and families about care and clinical interventions
- Contribute to discharge planning and continuity of care
- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced acute surgical environment
- Support and, where appropriate, mentor students and junior staff
- Report to the Nurse Unit Manager and work closely with the multidisciplinary team
