Details: Applications are sought for a vacancy leading a small team to work on priority campaign projects for the ACT Government.

This position is responsible for leading the campaigns stream of the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (CMTEDD) Communications and Engagement Division (C&E) and delivering timely and accurate information ensuring high community awareness, positive community engagement and reputation management.

We are seeking someone who can

  • Lead a small professional team responsible for the development and delivery of tier one and strategic government campaigns.
  • Drive and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, through collaboration, engagement, responsiveness and influence.
  • Forecast and manage the team’s pipeline of campaigns and projects, while liaising with internal stakeholders to achieve collaboration, coordination and campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform the role of relationship contract manager with our master media agency (UM).
  • Provide expert advice for priority government campaigns aligned to the ‘One Government, One Voice’ strategic approach.
  • Bring an audience-first lens to your work, informed by research, insights and evaluation.
